Create and Maintain a shared vision
Successful leaders know the value of defining and communicating a clear vision for the project or organization. When the leadership role is shared by more than one person, there must still be one vision. This means the leadership team should develop a shared vision early on in the process.
The vision should be written so it can be communicated to everyone working on the project as well as within the organization.
